We've been talking this year about the invisible forces that quietly shape whether your firm grows or stalls. This month, we're getting specific.
The Moment You've Probably Had
You're in a pipeline review. The numbers look reasonable on paper. Your team is active. Proposals are going out. Outreach is happening.
But something feels off.
Win rates are softer than they should be. A deal you were confident about went to a competitor. A relationship you thought was warm turned out to be colder than you realized. And nobody can quite explain why.
You don't have a lead problem. You have a visibility problem.

One Thing You Can Do Right Now
Take ten minutes this week and try this.
Pick three accounts you're actively trying to win or grow. For each one, write down every person at your firm who has had a meaningful interaction with someone at that account in the last 18 months. Not just the lead partner. Everyone.
Then ask yourself: do we have a shared, visible picture of those relationships? Does the team know who's warm, who's gone quiet, and what the next human step should be?
If the answer is no — or even "sort of" — you've just found your gap.
That's not a CRM problem. That's a relationship visibility problem. And it's the exact thing we're going to work through together on March 10th.
Where This Goes Next
On Tuesday, March 10th at 1 PM ET, we're hosting a live conversation called "Where Did All the Leads Go?"
A diagnostic session.
We designed it specifically for the leader who's been in that pipeline review, who knows something is off, and who's ready to stop guessing and start seeing clearly.
We'll walk through self-assessments, gap analysis, and relationship-mapping exercises designed to help you see what's been hiding in plain sight inside your firm. You'll leave with a clearer picture of your hidden relationship assets and a better understanding of why lower win rates and stalled growth aren't accidents — they're symptoms of a visibility problem you can now actually address.
If you've been doing all the right things and still losing deals you should win, this conversation is for you.

Announcements
Not sure where your relationship gaps actually are?
Before March 10th, take a few minutes to find out where you stand. This quick assessment gives you a clear picture of your relationship health — where you're strong, where you're leaking, and what to focus on first.
Curious what it looks like when relationship visibility becomes a system, not a manual effort?
We're building something at AVNIR that turns the work you just did in that ten-minute exercise into something your whole team can act on — automatically, consistently, and without adding noise to their day.
The Relationship Economics® Summit (RES) Returns
October 12–14, 2026 | Pursell Farms
The Relationship Economics® Summit celebrates its 5-year anniversary at Pursell Farms. Limited spots. If you're interested in attending or sponsorship, reach out directly or visit the link below.
Take a moment and run through the exercise above. See where those connections are.
The relationships that should be driving your next deal are probably already in your network. The question is whether you can see them clearly enough to act.
