Steve Hardy is an accomplished Marketing leader and C-level executive with a track record of steering high-growth SaaS and technology enterprises toward success. With experience in both private equity and venture capital-backed startups as well as publicly traded corporations, from seed to more than $2B in revenue.  Steve served as Chief Marketing Officer at Prophix, taking the organization from $65 to $135M in revenue in less than two years. At Secureworks, he led the repositioning of a $550M MSSP business to a leading SaaS product business, generating $55M of new revenue in the first year post-launch. Hardy was named the "2019 Marketing Executive of the Year" by SiriusDecisions/Forrester for the return he generated on marketing investments for his work at PerkinElmer, a LifeSciences / MedTech business. Earlier in his career, led marketing at industry leaders such as Gartner, ADP, and Intel. Steve spent the first half of his career in product management and product marketing, which informed his customer-centric marketing approach. He has a unique ability to translate customer, user, and buyer needs into engineering requirements, sales messaging, and demand programs. As CMO, he focuses on all things revenue and uses those customer insights to work closely across the business to drive often end-to-end awareness, demand creation, and capture initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Marketing from the University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom. He is an avid skier, hiker, and wannabee runner. He lives in Darien, CT with his wife and two children.
